Christmas Activities in Barrow this Weekend

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Barrow this weekend.

The festivities kick-off on Friday 14th when the Lakes Wedding Magicians will be entertaining shoppers in Wilkos at 2pm, Debenhams at 2.30pm and M&S at 3pm

'Don't forget town centre parking is free on a Friday from 12 noon at the Multi-Storey & Whittaker St car parks.'

On Friday night from 6.30pm, HuddleHub will be hosting Carols in the Park and Barrow Park will be lit up with thousands of Christmas lights.

On Saturday from 11am, Barrow Town Centre will host the Salvation Army Band playing traditional Christmas Music. Jenni White will once again be belting out her favourite Christmas songs on Portland Walk and Astral Circus will be bringing joy and happiness to families across the town centre with their street entertainment. Keep an eye out for the cast of The Forum's Snow White too, as they escape final rehearsals to visit the town centre.

On Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th the BDDA Centre hold their Santa's Grotto from 10am - 3pm. It's not every day Santa visits Barrow, so this is a great opportunity for your children to meet the BIG GUY in person.

The Forum theatre Barrow launch their Christmas Panto to the public on Tuesday 18th December, so make sure you visit their website and get your tickets today.
