Councillor Sue Sanderson, Cabinet Member for Schools and Learning, said:
“This latest campaign will highlight the high quality apprenticeship opportunities available at all levels within the county council across a wide range of roles.

“Apprenticeships offer a fantastic opportunity for people to earn while they learn and the overwhelming majority of our apprentices go on to secure permanent employment with the council or move on to further training.

“As one the county’s biggest employers, we employ over 6,000 people who come to work to serve the people of Cumbria, we look forward to welcoming new blood into this extremely rewarding workplace.”
